Survey Section Gold

About 2 months ago we added a survey section to the Dexrex member home page and I am happy to report that it was been going really well! User input has not only been helpful, but also pretty damn interesting. Now, not all of the questions posed had to do with Dexrex per say, but what fun would a survey be without some curve balls? So, without further ado....


We asked: If you could have any super power what would it be?

They answered:
the ability to be energized without sleeping

I respond:
Holy crap that's mine! Are you suuure you didn't want mind reading powers?...

They answered:
super sexiness

My response:
I asked dev guy Cam... He told me it gets old.

They answered:
Only when I'm conducting them.

I respond:

We asked: What do you hate about Dexrex?

They answered:
It does not have a "find" feature to look for specific words in the IM logs.

I respond:
There is a find feature on the member home and conversations tab! Its near the top, check it out:)

They answered:
Nic is a goddamn milf.

I respond:
Hah, outstanding!

They answered:
Giving you my passwords. Use the IM network APIs to verify account ownership instead.

I respond:
Not all IM networks have an API to do this and for the ones that do have API's we do use it! We verify with the networks to verify account ownership. If you are worried about what we do with your password - Not to worry, we aren't some Twitter fishing scamers that will post about Bill O'Reilly's sexual preferences! We take privacy very seriously!

They answered:
not being able to click on a screen name and view all of my conversations.

You can do that on the conversations tab!

An annoying co-worker of mine. I almost rented the corresponding car, but Alamo was out of Buicks.

They answered:
Drunk.

I responded:
Apparently MY costume wasn't very original...

They answered:
I don't see how that has any relevance.

I respond:
It has plenty! Dinosaurs never went extinct... They just guard our 404 and private pages now:)

They answered:
It'd be cooler if they were actually still living so we could see the army fight them.

I respond:
Um... YES.
